What is this store's return and exchange policy?
There are no return or refunds on any items, we can do an exchange if necessary. Items must be unworn. Made to order items are final sale. You have 14 days from the day the order has been delivered for your exchange. Please note, due to limited quantities with fabric and materials, not all exchanges can be made for that exact style. Further communication will take place if needed. Must be UNUSED, TAGS ATTACHED, FREE FROM DIRT, HAIR, AND ANY FRAGRANCES. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs on exchanges.

Are the products pre ordered?
Yes! All the items are handmade by me.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders can take up to 48 hours to process. Please be patient since I am a 1 person team. You will get a confirmation e-mail and another one with your tracking number. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages may arrive outside the estimated timeframe.
You will receive a tracking number once I have shipped your order. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address and email.
